Host A Screening

Now you can host a special screening of "The Living Matrix". Join us in shaping a new approach to health and wellness. Share the film with your friends, family and community.

We are pleased to offer our “Host A Screening” program. Please be advised that the film is copyrighted and anyone wishing to hold a public screening, must have our express written permission. Through our program, we offer support materials, advice, and a screening agreement. We are pleased to support you, and we ask that you respect our hard work in putting together this film and practice good faith in your use of it.

There are four options for hosting a screening:

Home Screening of 15 Viewers Or Less- This option is for individuals who would like to host a small screening of 15 people or less in a private home. We ask that you contact us so that we can track the progress our film is making around the world and to welcome you to the cause.There is no charge associated with a home screening of this size. Under 50 Viewers Package- For individuals who would like to host a public screening of the film for 50 people or less, the requirements are to purchase 20 DVDs, at a 25% discount. You may sell your DVDs at a profit. You may charge a ticket fee for people attending the screening and keep the proceeds. This Screening Package Includes:

• 20 DVDs - $14.97 per DVD (25% discount)
• 8.5 x 11" Movie Evite – ideal for email or posting - downloadable file (adaptable per event)
• Posting of event on our Website calendar (optional)
• Our inside advice on "How To Host A Successful Screening"

For Over 100 Viewers-You need a special license for screening to large groups. The terms are as follows:

• We would prefer that the film be screened from a Blu-ray disc as it provides better image quality for large audiences. Regardless of whether the film is screened from a normal DVD or Blu-ray, there is a license fee of $275 per screening. The fee does include a Blu-ray disc rental which must be returned to us after the screening.
• You must purchase, at wholesale prices, a number of DVDs roughly equal to half of your anticipated audience size. Our experience has been that this is the number of DVDs you will sell. Our wholesale price is $11.97 per disc, a 40% discount, plus shipping. You may then sell the discs at the regular retail price, $19.95. You may keep the profit from the sale of the DVDs. If there are discs left after your screening, you may return them to us for a full refund provided the DVDs are unopened. You must pay the freight charges for this return shipment. The minimum order of DVDs is 50. If you charge a ticket price for people attending the screening, 50% of the ticket funds collected are due to The Living Matrix.

We can also provide you with promotional materials such as banners for email or newsletters, evites that you can adapt for your event, film posters and a postcard template.
